Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Bramnation (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Booking details. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and any notes you add, and adds the event to our calendar. If you send the short form instead, our form provider (Formspree) passes your name, email, company, and message to us by email.
• Assessment answers. When you finish our free tech check (the Technology Readiness Assessment), we store your answers and scores with our database provider (Supabase), along with the campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, if any. We don’t ask for your name or email to do this. We also record, anonymously, how many questions you answer, even if you stop partway, so we can see which questions people find hard. If you unlock your full report, we add the name, email, and company you give us to that record, and Formspree emails them to us along with your scores.
• Ad and analytics data. If you arrived from an ad, we record campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source, fbclid) for that session. We use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag to measure ad performance. Both set cookies and share limited event data with Meta and Google.
• Site usage. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this page — clicks, scrolling, and session recordings. It sets cookies and sends this usage data to Microsoft. Text you type into forms is masked.

How we use it

To schedule and prepare for our call, to respond to your enquiry or assessment, and to understand which ads bring people who book. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Cal.com (scheduling), Google Calendar (calendar), Meta and Google Ads (advertising measurement), Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics), Formspree (form delivery), Supabase (assessment storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser or via your device’s ad settings. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email bramnationweb@gmail.com.
